Guides and support

Documentation

BioHPC is a Department of Biology initiative for Department of Biology employees that utilizes the University of Copenhagen Rubus HPC platform.

Most technical documentation, including compute access, job submission, storage, software modules, and general HPC usage, is available through the Rubus documentation portal.

Technical documentation is available at rubus.ku.dk.

BioHPC-specific guidance focuses on onboarding, Project Spaces, user management, and support for Department of Biology employee research projects.

BioHPC user onboarding has two steps: request a BioHPC User Account, then apply for Project Space membership after the account has been created.
